Andy has lived in the North Florida area for over 40 years and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. He previously has spent over 25 years in Executive leadership and Senior management positions at UPS and Revlon, with almost 10 years as a top executive in domestic and international sales. Andy currently works in real estate at Better Homes and Gardens Lifestyles Realty with his wife of 23 years, Christie. He is also President of 10 Level Consulting Services, which focuses on helping companies grow by improving their processes across multiple areas of their business. Andy and his wife Christie love to travel, spend time with their children and six grandchildren, and donate their time to support organizations such as Pine Castle and Flagler College.
